What makes you feel better when you're mad?
Sometimes there are very few things that cheer me up, others it just takes to brush it off. I'd have to say calling a friend on the phone, I can hear their voice , they can hear mine, but there is a sense of reliefe when thay can't see my face and can't see I'm too distressed to just talk or whatever. Reading stuff on the net is great sometimes, also just sleeping. Sleep, I love it.
